If you’d like a full transformation, please select a bundle or book multiple services. ⚠️If you didn't have a previous consultation, after reserving your service.....please send pictures of your hair (current) and your goal color to (469) 900-1401 ⸻ Vivid Wig Requirements I ONLY work with REAL HD lace or transparent lace wigs for vivids. Accepted lace sizes: • Frontals: 13x6 and 13x4 • Closures: 4x4, 5x5, 6x6 • U-parts acceptable (Not accepting T-part lace wigs) ⸻ Extension & Wig Prep Any hair (extensions or wigs) that is not brand new must be washed & completely dried before your appointment. Custom wig making or wig coloring requires a 50% deposit. Guests receiving extension services must sign a waiver + consultation form. ⸻ Adjustment Policy (No Refunds) Concerns must be addressed within 48 hours of your service. Adjustments can be made within 1 week of original appointment. Please note: Not signing the service agreement waiver does not exempt clients from our cancellation policy. All applicable fees will still apply. ⸻ 💰 Referral Love Give $30 — Get $30! Receive $30 off for each person you refer.
